KCT Business School Placement Offers

KCTBS aims to provide placement assistance for all passing-out students. The institution has a set of placement guidelines to ensure fairness of opportunity and equality in placements for all students. All students who expect to graduate from the institute seeking employment can register for campus placements through the CDC. The placement process is as follows:

Students should attend the Pre-Placement Talk in line with their specialization and job profile. Interested students can apply in response to the jobs announced by the Career Guidance Centre and register with the Chief Career Officer (SA). Students should submit copies of their resumes in the prescribed format to the Career Guidance Center for sending to the organization for every position they apply for. Students should also give a soft copy of the resume and link to the e-profile to the Career Guidance Centre. Companies come for Campus Recruitment to KCTBS. Students go through the written tests, interviews, GDs, etc., as per the company's selection criteria requirements. Companies may do a short listing of students themselves based on information supplied by the students in their registration profile/e-profile or resumes and their performance in the tests/interview.

The Corporates decide the final interview schedule and venue, and the placement center passes on the information to the candidates. Students have to make their arrangements for travel and attending the interview. All offers of a particular company shall be announced at the end of the selection process by the company through the CDC. A student will be allowed to attend interviews till he gets the offer. Upon completion of up to 3 interviews, if a student is not placed, then they would be called for a discussion to understand and improve their quality in upcoming placement drives.
