KGRCET is home to a Training and Placement Cell that has been successful in attracting well-known companies every year to the choice of students. The majority of companies prefer to recruit young professionals working in zero-day slots. To meet this reason, the institution has established a solid connection with its corporate partners and has formed ties with top companies to allow them to visit the campus to conduct hiring and then hire students according to their needs. KGRCET has launched its placement drive for the 2022 class, where 274 students took part in the placement drive. the institute has achieved 100 percent placements. 

Career Guidance Cell

The Career Guidance Cell was established to support students who are interested in pursuing post-graduate education after the completion of graduation at KGRCET. The institution has made available an in-house counselor who meets with students regularly and guide them to higher education based on their interest. Students are encouraged to visit the Career Guidance Cell in their 3rd year to take inputs and start planning for getting admission to their dream university. The Career Guidance Cell works with interested students to help from perform well in necessary competitive examinations and later provide counseling support to help students complete and submit their applications for admission to post-graduate programs.
