As this department is the center of the entire hotel operations, therefore, we have a separate lab where students are given practical sessions on dealing with and greeting the guests, check-in & check-out procedures of the hotels, register maintenance, etc.
KIHMCT Laundry Facilities A unique feature of the Institute is a fully operational laundry. It helps our students to learn intricacies such as stain removal, ironing and folding, etc. The laundry is also equipped with a washing machine, hydro extractor, and a pressing unit.
Housekeeping is the backbone of the Hotel Industry. It is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic appeal of the Industry. The versatility of the Housekeeping department generates countless opportunities for young professionals in the lodging industry. The range of skills required of a Housekeeper is so extensive that it can be mastered only after years of on-the-job training. So, the students are subjected to practical training in the housekeeping room.
The entire kitchen is well-planned in terms of space utilization and workflow and has an extremely good exhaust system. All the equipment complies with industry norms. Here students acquire the required knowledge, skills, and attitude to become professional chefs. Along with the basic training, students are also trained in the required skills of food production in a professional environment. Here students learn different international cuisines like Continental, Italian, Spanish, Oriental, etc. along with kitchen planning and management.
KIHMCT Training Restaurant & Bar Facilities This is the place where future hospitality managers learn the nuances of Food and Beverage Service. They are taught how to handle & supervise diversified events in the hotel industry & corporate sectors. The ambiance and theme are those of a real-life restaurant where students learn table-setting, order-taking, and all other types of food service. Every student under the guidance of an expert faculty is with precision taken through the intricate steps of bartending International & National cocktails/mocktails and the serving of beverages is demonstrated perfectly.
Kukreja Institute IT Lab Facilities has its computer learning outlet equipped with the latest information technology equipment so, as to enable its students to use technology as a learning resource. The IT lab is designed with the facility of to one-to-one computer-student ratio. This facility has provided an opportunity for the students to fully understand the use of computers as an educational tool. The lab is well connected to the internet and the students can explore cyberspace to gain valuable data & information.
With a seating arrangement of 30 people, this conference hall is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual aids. This is where the student-faculty and Parent-teacher interaction takes place. All placement-related activities are also conducted here. It is also equipped with a 54-inch plasma TV, DVD, and the best audio system.

The world-class facilities of the library consist of reading halls, a faculty lounge, competitive exam sections, a WI-FI facility, a reprographic facility, CCTV surveillance, etc.
KIHMCT Sports Facilities activities keep our students healthy and in good spirits and help them to grow strong and fit throughout their college years. The sports club organizes the annual sports meet to recognize the athletic talent of our students. All facilities and equipment are provided to keep our students physically and mentally fit, building endurance and strength of character. This activity is an important tool to inculcate traits like sportsmanship and team spirit.
KIHMCT Facilities Cultural activities promote regional cultural talents in different spheres, coordinated by the cultural club of the college.
