Kle Society's Degree College Placement & Training was founded in 2015 as an independent entity. The department currently works with many leading organizations that are recruiting graduates in management, business administration, and information technology applications for entry-level positions in their organizations. In its founding year, the department made modest contact with about 30 organizations and enrolled 296 students. Over the years, the number of recruitment organizations has grown exponentially, with an average of about 100 world-renowned organizations visiting campuses annually to conduct the recruitment process on our campus. In the 2018 pool, 100 companies/organizations presented 330 offers.

Initially engaging with 30 organizations and placing 296 students, the department has witnessed exponential growth, hosting approximately 100 nationally renowned companies annually. In 2018 alone, 330 offers were extended by 100 companies. Today, KLE stands as a preferred academic institute for many organizations, attracting top-tier recruiters.
