The Placement and Training cell at Knowledge Business School Salem operates to help develop the students to be ready for work. KBSS has developed into a major center for introducing students to the business world with the capacity to understand the requirements of the industry as well as the realities of the market. They also are equipped with the skills to handle the market forces and face the demands of the business world. A proper and appropriate intervention is required to this end and student engagement is planned within this context and the training is provided to students throughout the beginning of their academic program at KBSS.
