KGI, Kanpur Placement Cell

Personality Development Programs, which are modified annually to better prepare students for pre-placement requirements and post-college work ethics, are introduced to first-year students. From the fourth or final year on, placements are available to students. The college has a placement cell that works with employers and students to organize placement procedures. About 80–90% of the students were placed by the firms that visited KGI, Kanpur, in 2015, including HCL, Compro Technologies, SGS Technomech, Hero Motocorp, etc. The KGI has a specialized training and placement department that helps students find jobs. For the benefit of the pupils, the cell runs training and personality development programs.
