The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Undergraduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through campus interviews is continuously rising. The Placement Cell organizes career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc and it also organizes Public Sector Exam Training for students who are interested to join Government Sectors. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programmes for final year students.

In order to prepare a perfect resume, you should google and conduct research on the articles and templates related to the resume. You should build the resume as per the requirements of the industry and update it regularly based on the feedback of the mentor, faculty, etc. Build a Firm Grip on the Aptitude Skills Test: The Aptitude Skill Test is one of the important rounds of campus placement. If you fail to clear this round, then you will not be allowed to participate in the further rounds of the selection process. Therefore, it is advised to prepare the right strategy for this round. It is not possible to master the aptitude section 2-3 weeks before the test. You are required to devote at least 1-1.5 months to build a strong grip on the section. Practice more and more from the right books to improve the speed and accuracy of solving questions.
Round: Once you have qualified for the aptitude skill test, you will be called to appear for the Group Discussion round. It may take place on the same day or few days after the aptitude skill test depending on the requirements of the company. Collect and note down the list of interview questions.
