The Institute has a well-developed infrastructure. The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) has several infrastructure facilities for students. The campus has 12 air-conditioned rooms and 2 suites. Students can also stay at the institute's dining hall, TV room, anti-ragging committee, or astronomy department. There are also some co-curricular activities offered at LNMIIT. There are two dining mess halls and a cafeteria on campus.
The LNM Institute of Information Technology Jaipur offers separate hostels for boys and girls. The dormitories are equipped with basic utilities and include recreational facilities and indoor games. The institute also runs a gymkhana and provides transport for students within the city. Students can also participate in sports activities, attend lectures, and meet famous personalities. Facilities for faculty housing are also available. The Institute offers internet services and LAN/Wi connectivity throughout its facilities. The Institute also provides a central library with over 19000 books, including 190 e-books.
The campus is spread over 100 acres of green campus with air-conditioned lecture halls, two seminar halls, and 32 modern labs with the latest technology equipment. The teachers are well-trained, and the students are benefited from their dedication and commitment. LNM's placement record is impressive, with 90% placements. The college has excellent faculty and a well-rounded curriculum. Moreover, there are numerous campus placements available.
The central library of the LNMIIT stands as a bastion of knowledge, fully automated and fortified with an anti-theft security system. It houses an impressive collection of resources, including over 19,000 text and reference books, 190+ e-books, subscriptions to 65 National and International Periodicals, and a vast repository of more than 48,160 e-journals accessible through subscribed databases. Moreover, the library has forged networks and cooperative arrangements with esteemed institutions such as INFLIBNET, Gandhinagar; IIT Gandhinagar; Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Pune; Developing Library Network (DELNET), New Delhi; Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centers (IASLIC), Kolkata. Additionally, the library holds institutional membership with the National Digital Library of India, offering access to a plethora of learning resources including books, articles, theses, audio and video lectures, manuscripts, and reports.
Furthermore, the library has established an Institutional repository on the open-source software "D Space," serving as a platform for accessing scholarly content generated by the LNMIIT community. This repository encompasses a wide array of scholarly outputs such as theses, BTP reports, book chapters, journal articles, conference papers, presentations, and other intellectual capital items of the Institute. It enhances the visibility and accessibility of scholarly content over time.
LNMIIT provides accommodation within the campus premises with four Boys' and one Girls' Hostel, equipped with furnished spacious rooms and essential amenities. The hostel infrastructure ensures 24-hour power supply, availability of cold and hot water, Intranet and Internet connectivity, a clean and hygienic environment, central air cooling system, laundry facilities, reading rooms, common rooms with TV, various indoor games, 24-hour security and surveillance, and a dedicated gym for girls. The hostels are managed by dedicated wardens, caretakers, and student members to maintain discipline.
At LNMIIT, the dining experience is enriched by three full-fledged Mess facilities meticulously designed to meet the culinary preferences of the campus residents. These Messes diligently serve a wholesome array of meals including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, ensuring that students are well-nourished throughout the day. Additionally, residents have access to low-floor buses operated by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation, further augmenting transportation options and promoting ease of travel.
