The Training & Placement Department is headed by Prof. Ujjwal Chouksey, a highly experienced Placement Officer. He has been involved with a number of social and cultural organizations. T&P is responsible for Corporate Relations, Training, Placement and Development of LNCT, Jabalpur students. The Department not only stresses the importance of corporate training for the students but also helps them become more confident and better people. To explore the abilities of students to the fullest extent, group discussions, lectures from experts in confidence building, time and stress management, and attitudinal program development are organized. These events help to mold the students as per the competitive market requirements and make them feel confident.

The Training & Placement Cell has placed a number of B.E. Through on-campus/off-campus interviews, a large number of students from B.E. We are committed to bringing a number of renowned companies on campus for recruitment. Our M.B.A., Diploma in Polytechnic and B.E. students are also eligible for campus recruitment.
