1. The Training and Placements Cell stands as a distinctive feature of the institute. Within the SKC LNCT Group, a dynamic placement cell operates, offering soft skills training, career guidance, workshops, and facilitating on-campus interviews. The institute ensures that companies visiting for recruitment are provided with essential facilities, including accommodation and transport, for activities such as PPT, written tests, and GD. 
2. Proficient faculty members and experts play a crucial role in grooming students for campus selections. The faculty, particularly those specializing in communication skills, work to enhance students' abilities in language and effective communication. The primary objective of the cell is to ensure successful placements for students, serving as a pivotal factor in their selection process.
