Matoshri College Of Engineering And Research Centre A Central Library of LoGMIEER provides physical and digital access to different resource materials such as books, periodicals, journals, newspapers, conference proceedings, maps, prints, documents, microfilm, CDs, videotapes, DVDs, e-books, databases, and other formats. The reference book section is a separate section in the library that includes copies of all textbooks, reference books, project reports, dissertations, thesis, and field reports.
The library also includes a study zone for students and is open for 12 hours a day. A dedicated internet facility is available in ten PCs along with the reprographic equipment. The description of facilities available in the library is as under.
Matoshri College Of Engineering And Research Centre Workshop is the central facility for imparting training to the students of all branches of First Year and also for the higher Classes of Mechanical Engineering Students in various subjects. The students of all branches, especially the core branches i.e. civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering use workshop facilities for realizing their minor and major projects.
The day-to-day administration of the workshop is Looked after by the Workshop Superintendent, Foreman, Instructor, and Workshop Attendants. The central workshop comprises many shops such as Fitting, CNC, Welding, Sheet Metal, Carpentry, Smithy, Foundry, Machine, and turning shops which are well equipped with the latest machines, tools, and equipment, for carrying out academics as well as research in the area of manufacturing engineering. Some of the major equipment in the workshop are Computerized Numeric Control (CNC) Machines, Universal Milling Machines, Cylindrical Grinding Machines, Geared Lathe Machines etc.
