Admission Procedure

Application Form

Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the College Office. Candidates seeking admission are requested to read the prospectus and the instructions given in the application form thoroughly before filling it. Incomplete applications may be rejected.

How to Apply

The duly filled application form, along with the following documents, should reach the college office by the specified dates:

1. Attested photocopy of the qualifying examination mark statement.
2. Attested photocopy of the Community Certificate (BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST/OC).
3. Attested photocopy of Certificate of proof for differently-abled, Sports, NCC, NSS, Ex-Serviceman, etc.
4. Attested photocopy of Baptism Certificate for Catholics.

Application can be submitted in person at the college office or by post. Ensure that the application number is on top of each sheet.

Selection and Interview

Communication will be sent only to those who are provisionally selected. The selected candidate, along with parents, must attend an interview with the Principal on the scheduled date. Failure to attend the interview may result in the cancellation of the provisional selection. Interview call letters are sent by POST. Status details of the application can be found online.

Documents Required for Interview

1. Qualifying examination mark statement or Provisional certificate if any.
2. Transfer Certificate and conduct certificate.
3. Community certificate (BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST).
4. Certificate of proof for differently-abled, SPORTS, NCC, EX-SERVICEMAN, etc.

Candidates should be prepared to pay the fees immediately if selected for the interview.
