Ludhiana Polytechnic College offers a Training and Placement Cell to its students, aiming to enhance their future prospects and employment opportunities. Prior to campus interviews, students receive top-notch training. The cell arranges industry-specific training for students, following the curriculum set by the Punjab Technical Education Board. Additionally, the college has established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various organizations and industries. At the end of the 4th semester, students undergo a 6-week training program in significant industries and organizations. Some notable organizations where students receive training include Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Maruti Udyog Limited, Havells, L&T, Reliance Group, Siemens, HCL, Samsung, LG, Ericsson, CSIO, and many more. The training covers areas such as Business English, Grooming, Resume Writing, Personality Development, Technical and Personal Interview Skills, and other essential skills required for securing desired jobs.
