The admissions to B.Tech. programs in the first year shall be made through the following mode-
The admissions to B.Tech. programs in the first year shall be made through JEE Mains.
• 100% of seats of the total intake shall be filled based on merit rank obtained by the candidates in the JEE Main Entrance Examination who have appeared in the qualifying examination from UP or the candidates whose parents are domiciled in Uttar Pradesh.
• 10% of supernumerary seats of the total intake shall be filled based on merit rank obtained by the candidates in the JEE Main Entrance Examination who have appeared in the JEE Main Examination from any Indian state other than Uttar Pradesh.
The admissions to B.Tech. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) shall be made through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
B.Tech. First Year
The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 55% marks (50% in the case of the candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) and with at least 60% average marks (55% in the case of the candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) in Mathematics, Physics and one of the following subjects: Chemistry/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering Graphics/Electronics/Informatics Practices
The candidate should have passed a three/two years Diploma examination from an Institution recognized by the U.P. Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology except Agriculture Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category).
OR
The candidate should have passed a three-year B.Sc. degree from any recognized University of India as defined by UGC with at least Passed three years B.Sc. degree from any recognized University of India as defined by UGC with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and have passed the 10+2 exam with Mathematics as a subject.
The University offers a three-year full-time Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Programme. The admissions to BBA shall be made through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Intake: 75
The candidate should have passed 10 +2 examination in any discipline, with at least 55% marks (50% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) and passed with English subject at 10+2 level.
The University offers a four-year full-time Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Programme. The admissions to B.Pharm shall be made through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Intake: 75
The Candidate shall have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 55% marks (50% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and or Biology (PCB/PCMB) as optional subjects individually.
The admissions to B.Pharm. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) shall be made through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Intake: 8
The Candidates who have passed a Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institution located in U.P. OR whose parents are domiciled in U.P. and he/she has passed three years Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) recognized by the Pharmacy council of India (under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act), are eligible for admission to second year of B. Pharm. only
Note:
Candidates who have appeared or are due to appear in the qualifying examination mentioned above are also eligible to apply and appear in the entrance examinations. No Candidate shall be allowed to take his/her admission in case he/she fails to pass the qualifying Examination.
