MCIMT has a full-fledged dedicated placement cell with a placement officer and staff. In addition, placement committees of the students, as well as faculty, are appointed to support the efforts of the placement cell. The placement cell and the placement committees work as a team to ensure good final as well as summer placement. Besides course curriculum, MCIMT especially takes care to give training to students by arranging Industry interactions, lecturers by HR managers, visits of renowned Industrialists, and vocational tours. We train students in soft skills, facing GD / PI as well as groom them well in developing their personality making them ready for placement.
