Maharaja Ganga Singh University Bikaner Campus has all the necessary facilities for a successful study experience. The university offers over four thousand books and subscribes to 70 journals. The library has gone digital and uses SOUL 2.0 software to keep track of books and journals. The campus also has indoor and outdoor sports facilities and selects students to represent the University in different events. It also hosts regular lectures, seminars, and other events for students. The university focuses on extra-curricular activities and sports facilities are provided at the campus. In addition, the university offers scholarships to students who are underprivileged and ensures that there is no ragging on the campus.

The Central Library of Maharaja Ganga Singh University was established in 2013 with the primary aim of serving the academic interests of a diverse readership, including undergraduates, postgraduates, research scholars, and faculty members. This fully computerized library stands as a repository of knowledge, housing approximately 34,053 books and around 84 print journals, both national and international, amassed by the university over the past 8 years. These valuable resources are meticulously organized within an expansive area spanning 2487.74 square meters, with a seating capacity for over 150 users simultaneously. Utilizing SOUL 3.0 (Software for University Libraries), the library efficiently manages its routine operations.

In addition to conventional library services, the Central Library offers computer terminal facilities to facilitate internet access, photocopying, scanning, reference services, and documentation services such as CAS and SDI services. The Journal Section boasts subscriptions to numerous foreign and Indian journals, all indexed with the assistance of SOUL 3.0 Software. Moreover, the library has subscribed to various online journals and e-books through platforms like Shodhsindhu, including JSTOR, JGATE, Springer, Taylor and Francis, DELNET, and South Asian Archives.

Membership to the library is open to all students and staff of MGSU, as well as faculty from affiliated government colleges and external students. The library operates on all working days from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the reading room and book return facility available 24/7.

The largest air-conditioned multipurpose indoor stadium in the state, equipped with synthetic surfaces across all playing areas, CCTV cameras, and fire fighting facilities. A cycling velodrome constructed according to international standards (333 meters) with lighting and accommodation facilities.

Cash awards of Rs. 31,000/- (Gold), Rs. 21,000/- (Silver), and Rs. 11,000 (Bronze) are conferred upon inter-university medalists.

The university bears the expenses of players selected to participate in the World University Games.
