Led by a Director (T&P) and supported by a dedicated team of staff, including a Training and Placement Officer (TPO) and a Program Coordinator, the T&P Program is an important link between students and potential employers

At MGEC, we believe in preparing our students to be technically competent and ethical, ensuring that placement is just a by-product of the learning cycle. At Maharani Girls Engineering College (MGEC), we prioritize the practical development of our students to meet the dynamic demands of the industry. As an integral part of our curriculum, students undergo an intensive summer internship on the job during breaks after the sixth semester of their B.Tech course.
