Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University, Mullana has a career development placement cell. According to the MMU Mullana placement NIRF report 2023 available, a total of 1693 students were placed in major organizations with a good salary package. The MMDU Mullana placement median salary package for UG 3-year students was Rs. 4,25,000. Whereas, the median salary package for the PG 3-year student is Rs. 14,14,000. MMDU placement process 

1. MMU Mullana training and placement department invites companies to visit the campus for the placements.

2. The companies/organizations give confirmation about the date and time of their visit to the campus.

3. The students of the institute are given details about the placement date and the names of the companies/organizations.

4. The companies/organizations conduct the placement drive on the mentioned date. 

5. A brief talk (pre-placement talk) about the working of the company and the job role offered by them is shared with the students.

7. Interested candidates must apply to the company with their CV.

8. Shortlisted candidates are called for group discussions and campus interviews.

9. Job offers are granted to candidates who are recruited by companies/organizations.
