Library Facilities 

Mahendra College Of Engineering, Salem Initially, the Central Library was set up in 2005. The Library is located in an enormous area of 1431 sq/m that is completely air-conditioned. The principal goal that the library has is to supply the appropriate source to the user at the appropriate time. In addition, the Library offers a large collection of books, journals Newspapers, magazines Documents for projects, CDs, back volumes, and DVDs within the areas of Engineering and Technology, Management, Science and Humanities, and Humanities. It also provides libraries through its different divisions.

MCE Library consists of a Central Library and Departmental Libraries that collectively support teaching research, extension, and research programs at the Institute. Hostel Facilities 

Mahendra College Of Engineering, Salem is well-equipped with hostel facilities for students Separately for girls and boys on campus. The Hostel is a place to stay for students who are in need. The rooms are fitted with tables, chairs, a Cot, and a Fan.

Boy's hostel can accommodate an intake of around 400 people to accommodate guests. The rooms are equipped with dormitory-style accommodation for six students, with or without attached bathrooms, making it affordable for all segments of society.

The Lady's Hostel can accommodate an intake of 180 beds with three beds and two beds shared on a basis. Within the Lady's Hostel, stationery is accessible to students to meet all the necessities of daily life. The charges for the mess will be shared. Every effort is put into keeping the cost to a manageable amount, which includes the help of the students in preventing waste, sustainable use of water, etc.

A Medical Doctor is assigned to the Hostel each evening for one hour. The call service is all hours of the day. The College has a partnership with Gokulam Hospital, Salem to provide emergency facilities for inpatients.

Sports Facilities 

Mahendra College Of Engineering, Salem Department of Physical Education was set up to help promote the sporting potential of students both within and outside of the campus. They are encouraged to engage in athletic activities both within and outside the campus. they have contributed many accomplishments to the Institution as well as yoga and other cultural activities. It is led by the director of physical activities Mr. P. Bharathi a postgraduate in physical education. supported by the assistant director for physical activities Ms. P. Satheesh Kumar who is a graduate in Physical Education, and Mrs. M. Sadhya physical director, a postgraduate in Physical Education. They supervise the girl's students.

The girls and boys who enroll in this college are selected to play various indoor and outdoor sports based on previous experiences at the school level. New players to diverse games and sports are scouted due to the passion shown by them in their sports.

The students selected are provided with an intensive program of training and coaching from the Department of Physical Education aside from a handful of theory classes to help them understand the rules of the game. The management acquires in conjunction with the department all the necessary materials for play, and they are in the custody of the department and are available for immediate usage by the students.

Canteen Facilities 

The MCE College has a big open and comfortable Canteen. It offers a wide range of healthy, delicious meals and snacks for a reasonable cost.
