The Training and Placement Cell of MALINENI is established with the sole aim of finding suitable employment opportunities to all eligible students. It caters to all the training requirements of students through highly experienced Faculty.

The unique program of skill enhancement identifies and nurtures the talent in job aspirants and ignites young minds to capably and confidently face the recruitment drives.

The placement cell has state-of-the-art infrastructure and rich ambiance to facilitate the training process. The students of MALINENI are provided excellent training that enhances their potential and improves their confidence levels.

Training Details

“Accelerated Digital Training” a unique model designed for 2021 batch students Campus hiring is anticipated to majorly shift on “Virtual Hiring”. Companies are increasingly turning towards virtual hiring solutions. This situation has thrown challenges to the students to effectively participate through online intelligent assessment tools. In view of the above changes, we have transformed our training methodology to Accelerated Digital Learning. A special syllabus is planned to keep in view the industry requirements and constraints of the regular syllabus. The focus of training is on Communication Skills, Aptitude, and Soft Skills, developing the Confidence of Students, improving their Body Language, inculcating Creativity and into making them responsible individuals

We have an exclusive MoU with a Training Organization “BYTEXL” which has an experienced and highly capable team of five trainers to impart knowledge on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Soft Skills as the part of Regular Curriculum to prepare the students ready for Placements and Career Enhancement.

Students are trained on Technical Coding (by internally experienced and acclaimed Professors of CSE/IT Departments) as part of regular and special CRT Programs and also the training is imparted for Core Companies on their respective assessment patterns by the concerned Departments’ Subject Experts.

Assessments are given paramount importance by the Department and to reiterate that we conduct regular assessments on trained topics and Company specific patterns through our own Bytexl testing Platforms for Coding, Programming Skills, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Grammar, Writing Skills and so on which pave the way for finding the gaps in the specific areas in order to bridge them effectively.

TCS YEP, Cognigent, CTS

Training & Placement Department is instrumental in signing the MOUs with some of the reputed companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, DXC, etc. Through this, the department organizes various technical training and certification programs for students to give a competitive edge in present global employment

The training is executed in the most suitable environment with the help of the Career Guidance Cell, well-equipped CRT Rooms, Sophisticated Auditorium and state-of-the-art Communication and Soft-Skills Laboratories.

The Alumni of the Institution assist the students in understanding the real-time procedures and practices of the Companies through Seminars, Interviews and related Interactions. All the alumni strive to create real-time interview atmospheres with their insightful interactions during the mock interviews.

Internship programs provide training, mentoring, hands-on project experience and career development opportunities while working with the best engineering, information technology and business minds. To enhance the exposure of the students, faculty and staff with respect to education, professional skills and knowledge, numerous extension lectures, training programmes, seminars and workshops are regularly arranged on the campus.
