Library Facilities at MSU, Tirunelveli

MSU, Tirunelveli library at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University was established in the year 1990 and it has been upgraded to a more digitalized version to be in synchronization with current trends in e-content. The library was shifted to this New Building in July 2016. University signed MoU in the “Shodhganga” project, regarding this the Library is uploading the awarded Ph.D. theses from our end to the INFLIBNET Centre Server, Gujarat. INFLIBNET Centre is offering web-based Anti-Plagiarism Software Urkund to our University. The library campus is also connected with a Wi-Fi facility for the well-being of the students. There are three specially designed computer systems with special facilities that help visually impaired students avail the content without any difficulty.

Alumni Associations

The Manonmaniam Sundaranar University alumni association of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University officially registered in 2017 under Tamilnadu Societies registration rules (act 27,1975). This alumni association meeting was held in common for whole university departments as well as separate departments. This university alumnus was working in various places with high-ranking positions. They all assemble at our university one day every year.

The Department of Physical Education and Sports, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University has been able to carve out a name for itself among the high achievers in the field of Sports and games. Mostly by the impressive support it has enjoyed from several quarters.
