Mar Ivanios College offers traditional degree courses in various specializations. Candidates can opt for degree courses like BA, B.Sc., B.Com, and B.Voc. The duration of all UG programs is three years. Admission to the seats of UG courses is regulated based on marks obtained in the 10+2 qualifying examination. In the case of MTTM, a candidate has to clear the entrance exam conducted by the college.

For all PG courses, the subject specialization chosen at the Master's level should be the same as the ‘Core Course’ under the Choice-based Credit Semester System (CBCSS) at the Bachelor's level, or the ‘Main’ subject under the traditional scheme.
