Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU)

Marian Engineering College (MEC), Trivandrum Career Guidance and Placement Unit functioning in the College takes care of the On-Campus placement activities. CGPU brings students and the Industrial community together to create an Industry-Institution Interaction. The doors of CGPU are open to all the students who are at the threshold of life and are faced with 3 D's; "DREAM DARE DO"

CGPU organizes on-campus and off-campus recruitments and preplacement training programs in Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Interviews, and presentation skills in collaboration with the Dept. of Humanities and core departments. Mock interviews and GDs are conducted regularly to equip final and pre-final students to face the challenges of the recruitment scenario.

Training

CGPU enhances not only the employability skills of the Marianites but also the overall development of their personality. Also, CGPU organizes on-campus and off-campus recruitments and pre-placement training programs in Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Interviews, and presentation skills.
