Marina Maritime Academy has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. The buildings are modern and equipped with the latest technology from Marina Maritime Academy which facilitates teaching and teacher development. The classrooms, units, and laboratories of the Marina Maritime Academy are spacious, comfortable, and designed to ensure the highest quality of education. The library is excellent too, with a vast range of books, online resources, and knowledgeable librarians.

Library

The Marina Maritime Academy has a well-established library that caters to the needs of the students, and the faculty. The library has a rich collection of books and technical reference literature. It is automated with a wide collection of the latest books, periodicals, and CDs. This collection is expanded and updated each year. The library aims to stock all the books and periodicals which the students are required to read while studying at the college. The total number of books is approximately 2880 books, Journals - National (12) and International ( 4), Magazine subscriptions - 10 Magazines, Newspaper subscriptions –4 Newspapers, Sitting capacity - 60, Subjects on the cover of the book are Hotel Management, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & beverage, Food production, Accounting, Food Science, Computer Science and general, etc, Nonbook materials (CD’s, DVD, etc).

I.T Infrastructure

Marina Maritime Academy A dedicated computer lab is made exclusively for training the students on various hotel software like Fidalio, Amadeus, Maya, Sabre, Showman, etc. The students/Faculty of RBIHM are regular users of Internet facilities at computer labs and the facility is available after the regular closure of academic activities. Information retrieval is allowed and soft copies of subjects concerned are made available to faculty and students.

Laboratories

Marina Maritime Academy A state-of-the-art lab equipped with manual as well as automatic equipment, the lab is designed to train the students in the basic operations of the front office and the art of guest handling in situations. Role plays are used to give practical insight to the students.

Guest Room/Waiting Room

Marina Maritime Academy A replica of the actual guest room in hotels is created to provide the students with actual practical training in maintaining hotel rooms.
