MSM, Meerut offers two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) . Candidates who have completed Graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from any recognized University are eligible to get admission to D.El.Ed.

Selection of the eligible candidates in D.EL.ED course is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted as per Examination Regulatory Authority, UP regulations.
