The Training & Placement of MUIMRC is entrusted with the responsibility of catering to the placement & industrial needs of the student.

Matoshri Ushatai Jadhav Institute of Management Studies & Research Centre is a campus connected college. To give students opportunities to apply their knowledge the college has close liaison with reputed companies throughout the country for their final placement and summer Training.

The cell has built up good industry–institute interaction.

TPC, being an integral part of the college has been provided with complete infrastructure for the functioning of the cell by the management.

Regular placement activities are offered, along with a summer internship opportunity. The highest annual salary offered to students has been between $4 and $5 lacs. Every year, almost 85% of students are placed in a variety of businesses. Every year, companies such as Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and several others participate in placement activities. Before the placement season starts, all students receive the appropriate training sessions.
