Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Training sessions on personality development and communication skills are also conducted for students to help them prepare better for the overall recruitment process. The Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna offers placement opportunities for its students through its Central Placement Cell (CPC). The CPC works in close collaboration with various companies and organizations to facilitate the placement of MMHAPU students. To avail of the placement opportunities, students must first register themselves with the CPC. The registration process requires them to fill out a registration form, submit their updated resume, and provide their educational documents. Once the registration process is complete, the CPC will arrange various on-campus recruitment drives. These drives will include activities such as pre-placement talks, aptitude/technical tests, group discussions, and interviews.

The Training & Placement cell of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies, and the recruiters in return need to fill in all necessary information in the annexure.

1. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

2. Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

3. Recruiters will then fix dates with MMHAPU to visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process via various steps including a Written Test, Group discussion, and Interviews. 

4. Students of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles, and job profiles offered by them.

5. Students of the university also need to appear and qualify for a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency, etc. to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

6. Students of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify for Group discussions on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students.
