Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research, Chennai has a placement cell that works to assist the students in preparing and conducting aptitude tests. The cell is also responsible for communicating with recruiters for interviews of eligible students. MAHER Chennai placement cell also contributes to the training & development of students in oral, theoretical, and practical aspects in disciplines of personality development, communication skills and vocabulary, skill-oriented online training, resume preparation, and email writing, preparation and approach to the interview, leadership skills and practice tests, and many more. 

Based on the MAHER Chennai placement report of 2021-22 as per NIRF, for an undergraduate program of 3 years, a total of 579 students were eligible for MAHER Chennai Placements, and 237 students were placed with a median salary of Rs 4 lakhs per annum, and the rest 342 students decided to pursue higher education.
