The college provides a Boys Hostel Facility equipped with well-furnished rooms offering single/double/triple/quadruple occupancy and Internet connectivity. Each room is furnished with beds, mattresses, study tables, and wardrobes. The mess operates under the control of students on a cooperative basis.

The Meerut Institute of Technology (MIT) boasts a state-of-the-art computer center with over 800 Corei3/Core 2 Dual/Dual Core computers distributed across 20 separate labs dedicated to B.Tech. students.
