Every year, many reputed companies from manufacturing, IT, banking and insurance have been recruiting from MGM Institute Of Management & Research.  For the academic year 2021-22, 22 coveted companies like Atos Syntel, CapGemini, HDFC Bank Ltd., Aditya Birla Capital, India Shelter Finance Corporation, Ecom Express, Berger Paints, Pin Click, Topper Technologies Pvt Ltd. etc. visited the campus for campus drive.

The maximum salary offered was INR 6 LPA and an average salary of INR 4 LPA. The TPO Cell organizes various activities like mock interviews, group discussions, preparing students for Maths and Aptitude, etc. with a view to prepare the prospective employees for the campus selection.
