Department of Placement and Training

Mother Theresa Institute of Computer Applications has the Department of Placement and Training headed by senior faculty members manages all placement and training activities. The placement committee has two wings one looks after the training of the students in a very strategic way and the other looks after the placement activities, and relations with industrial groups and research organizations. The department works in close coordination with a blend of faculty, students, and management.

Objectives:

Organize campus interviews for final-year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.

To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, and preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and MTICA alumni.

To arrange final semester projects for the students.

To promote career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students

The placement office of MTI PAT offers facilities for campus recruitment drives. Apart from handling the needs of the students it provides the facilities for companies ranging from logistics to interview rooms.

Need for Intense Training

Pre-Placement Training
