The MCC Placement Cell works around the clock to ensure that every Carmelite interested in getting a job succeeds in doing so. Students are geared up for the Recruitment Process through integrated training and coaching. The Placement process commences by Mid-August and continues beyond April (of the following year), Companies that wish to participate in the Recruitment Process at MCC are required to write to us at [email protected] and fill out the Company Job Announcement Form, elaborating the Job Profiles, Preferred Skill Sets, Preferred Streams and the approximate Cost to Company (CTC) along with preferred dates to conduct the recruitment drive. The final schedule for the Placement Drive will be fixed by the Placement Cell in consultation with the Company. We encourage our students to attend Off-campus and pool Recruitment Drives as well.
