MPGI Placement Cell starts the Placement season with a 100% focus on prepping the students about the expectations from the Industry so that they can take on the opportunities in the right manner.

MPGI has a proactive and industry-clued-in Placement Cell, which prides itself on a strong professional network across diverse sectors.

• It actively coordinates with students and ensures that they get placed with reputed MNCs within six months of Graduating.
• Identification of new avenues of placements in the industry for students.
• Training of students to enhance their ED i.e. Employability Quotient.
• Corporate customized Programs for students.
• Summer internships are organized for students in reputed companies. In-house Internships for deserving students.
• The Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) is organized for students interested in self-employment.
• Seminars, Conferences, Panel Discussions, and HR meetings are some of the activities organized around the year to give maximum exposure to our students.
• Communication between Placement Cell and Placement Partner regarding the current Placement season.
• JDs are exchanged by the Placement Partner and the same is circulated among the students. A link is created for the registration of interested candidates which provides the database to be shared with the Placement Partner.
• The Placement Partner shares the dates when they would want to have the selection procedure and the event is coordinated by the Placement Cell. The Placement Partner also shares their selection procedure and the same is shared with the students.
• The Placement Partner comes to our Mandhana Campus and gives the Pre-Placement Talk which is for the students to get to know them well and to clarify any queries they might have.
• The selection process is done entirely by the organizations with constant coordination with the Placement Cell. The selection process generally has a technical round of tests, a technical interview, and a nontechnical interview.
• The LOI (Letter of Intent) or Offer letter is shared by the Placement Partner with the selected students at the end of the selection process.
• The Placement Cell coordinates with the Placement Partner regarding all the formalities and provides all the guidance to the student till they join the organization.
