Nalanda Placement Cell, Education and career all in one location is the solution for younger generations. Nalanda Degree College assists graduates in helping them navigate the path to success. Its Department of Placement Cell and Career Guidance Cell together give students the chance to graduates to get into top MNCs following the end of their degree. Nalanda can be proud of the graduates who have worked in a variety of MNCs in different roles. Our students have been able to filter into all industries, whether public, private, or government. The Department of Communication Skills focuses on each graduate from all the branches of B.Sc, B.Com, and BBM and develops a range of skills among them. An environment that is conducive to learning is designed for students to make them performers, creators, and solvers. A mandatory CRT program of communication skills, aptitude to Reasoning, and online tests aids students in developing their character to face the challenges on a global scale and develop the most effective solutions. Pre-final and final-year students at Nalanda Degree College also undergo the year-long mandatory CRT training course as part of their academic program.
