National Law University, Jodhpur has an elaborate internship program for both Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate students. The program is organized in the months of November-December and May-Jun of every year which extends from four to six weeks. The internship program has been made a part of the curriculum to achieve the objective of imbibing practical knowledge on the applicability of the law and learning law in action. The program is initiated right from the first year.

Internship Program for Undergraduate (UG) Students -

The first-year UG students are placed with Social Action Groups, i.e. both Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations.

The Second Year Students are placed with the Trial Court Advocates.

The Third Year Students are placed with Appellate Court Advocates.

Fourth Year Students shall be exposed to work exposure at Corporate Law Firms, Companies, and other specialized law firms.

The fifth-year students shall be allowed to choose an institution (law firm, company, corporate law firm, etc.) according to the expertise that they have acquired during the last five years and sent accordingly.

National Law University (NLU) Jodhpur Postgraduate Degree Program (PGD Program) in various fields requires students to undertake an internship of 3 months each academic year with the Union or State Government organizations, Private or Public sector undertakings, Advocates, or Solicitors in the country. NLU Students have established good relations with several law firms and companies, industry, Advocates, and judges in the country through the performance of our students in their internship. NLU Students' remarkable performance has added many such organizations to the list of recruiters nearly every year.
