An exclusive Training and Placement cell is functioning to provide continuous placement and training assistance to the students during their course of study. To improve their employability skills like soft skills, technical, analytical, and logical skills, they are trained by internal trainers and industry experts for whom the institution has entered into MOUs with various training partners.

Apart from training, to enhance the innovative thinking and managerial skills of young minds, they are encouraged to organize and participate in various events like paper presentations, technical symposia, and project presentations. In the technical arena, the students were given a wide range of Value Added Courses. To update the students about industry trends and organizational culture, we regularly have industry professionals and experts visiting our campus and interacting with our students.

HR CONVENTION

HRs from industries are invited to present guest lecturers regarding the expectations of corporate from fresher graduates. Every year lakhs of engineers graduate from colleges in Tamil Nadu. The students must meet the expectations of the industries. Fresh, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals can excel in their careers.
