Our College Library performs a variety of functions by the way including collecting information, processing and retrieving the relevant information, helping the students and faculty with textbooks, reference books, and journals, as well as maintaining an efficient reference and information service.

The college library was established in August 1978 with a few hundred books. Today it has grown to over 80,000 books with the addition of e-resources as well. The growth of library collections has been in tune with the growing needs of the institution.

NG Acharya And Dk Marathe College Of Arts Science And Commerce The Seminar was organized in association with the "Centre for International Strategic Development Studies", Mumbai as a tribute to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia who was a passionate crusader against the Caste System. The objective of the Seminar was to initiate a dialogue amongst academicians, social activists, and the youth to understand the? new nuances of the resilient caste system. The two-day Seminar was attended by about 100 participants comprising 12 Resource Persons from various parts of the country, College teachers from different colleges in Mumbai and other cities of Maharashtra, Social Activists, Journalists, and college students.
