NHIMS, Navi Mumbai Admission 

  1. BMS is a three years undergraduate course specialised in Management Studies. The course provides for elective options based on students’ interest in Finance or Marketing, as stated in the course syllabus.
  2. BBI is a three years undergraduate course specialised in Commerce. Elective options are introduced from Semester III onwards based on candidate’s interest in speci?c subjects.
  3. BAF is a three years undergraduate course specialised in Commerce. Elective options are introduced from Semester Ill onwards based on candidate’s interest in speci?c subjects.
  4. The three years are spread over six semesters i.e. each year has two semesters.
Eligibility for the above Programmes :
  • A candidate for being eligible to obtain admission to these programmes should have passed XII standard examinations in one sitting and should have secured not less than 45% marks.
Scheme of Examination (for BMS/BAF/BBI programmes):
  • The students will have to appear for semester examination which will be normally held in October and March respectively. Each paper has semester end examination of 75 marks and internals of 25 marks. Internal evaluation consists of projects, presentations, class test etc. Semester I, II, Ill and IV will be conducted by the college on behalf of the university. Examinations for Semester V and VI will be conducted by the University of Mumbai. Passing marks in each subject are 30 out of 75 for theory paper and 10 out of 25 for internals. In case of A.T.K.T., students are allowed to keep terms in maximum two subjects and not more.

For Post graduate programme

  • M. Com is a two-year postgraduate course specializing in Business Management. Elective options are introduced from Semester III onwards based on candidate’s interest in speci?c subjects.
  • The two years are spread over four semesters i.e. each year has two semesters.
Eligibility for the programme :
  • A candidate for being eligible to obtain admission in M.Com. should have passed Graduation course in Commerce discipline and should have secured not less than 45% marks.
Scheme of Examination (for M.Com. programme) :
  • The students will have to appear for semester examination which is normally held in October and March respectively. The performance of the learners will be evaluated in two components. One component will be the Internal Assessment component carrying 40% marks and the second component will be the Semester End Examination component carrying 60% marks.
  • In case of A.T.K.T., students are allowed to keep terms in maximum two subjects and not more.
