The library has an area of around 3000 sq. ft. & is located on the first floor [F-05] of the Academic Block above the faculty cabins. The library also provides 24 X 7 access to digital resources in the area of Engineering & Management via wired LAN, wireless [Wi-Fi] network & remotely by subscribing to various databases consisting of scholarly content including books, journals, working papers, thesis & dissertations, magazines, conference proceedings, newspapers, etc.  The library also subscribes to the economic & business databases of the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy, Mumbai, a leading business information company. He is also a subscriber to "Turnitin" - Plagiarism Checker. The library is also the Registration & Depository Center for NICMAR Cases & Technical Notes.

Computer Lab:

Each computer lab is air-conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business-related application packages such as Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for project management and BRIX for contract management and SPSS, QE Pro for Data Analysis & Estimation and leading ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics.  Palisade Decision Tool Suite Industrial Software like @Risk, @Evolver, @Stat Tools, @Top Rank, @Neural Tools. An advanced digital language lab is available for students to gain proficiency in the English language.

Dining Facility:

The mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the Manager, Premises and Services (P & S). The manager, according to the suggestion of the Students’ Co-coordinator, prepares the menu on a weekly basis

Sports:

Well-equipped facilities for indoor games such as Carambole, TT tables, chess, gymnasium, music room, communal TV. room is provided to the students. There are also outdoor sports facilities such as a soccer field, volleyball court, and badminton court.

Internet Facility:

Internet browsing service for 24 / 7 hours is provided to students at all campuses. Each student receives the Academic Communications Institute email id. The Pune campus is fully WiFi with a high-speed internet connection.

Admission

National Institute of Construction Management and Research Hyderabad accepts admission through various entrance exams like NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Rating of Application (RA). 

Scholarship:

The Institute offers ‘NICMAR Top Ranker’s Scholarship’, ‘NICMAR Excalibur Award Scholarship’ and ‘NICMAR Merit Scholarship’ to its students. Also, Jameel Education Foundation (JEF), Saudi Arabia is offering a full tuition fee for two selected students from the minority community at the Institute. Students will be eligible for only one award/scholarship for a particular academic term.
