The NIU Greater Noida placement procedure is as follows:

• The CRCP invites various companies to participate in the campus recruitment process and shares the details of the eligible students with them.
• The interested companies register with the CRCP and confirm their participation in the placement process.
• The CRCP schedules the pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, interviews, and other rounds of selection as per the company’s requirements.
• The students who clear the selection rounds are offered jobs by the companies and the CRCP verifies the offer letters and communicates them to the students.
• The CRCP maintains a record of the placed students and provides them with post-placement support and guidance.
