Securing a position in a top organization is the dream of every student, and in the current scenario, the competition for employment is intensifying daily, making placement a challenging endeavor. The Training & Placement Cell at the college establishes a platform where students can showcase their talents, attracting attention from various companies looking to explore and harness their abilities. Since 2014, OmDayal has consistently placed a significant number of graduates who have participated in placement activities. Our accomplished alumni have left notable marks in the corporate world, and the cell is committed to sustaining and expanding this legacy in the years ahead.
The objectives of the Training & Placement Cell are:

- To motivate students to enhance their technical knowledge and communication skills.
- To instill confidence and develop the right attitude in students to meet industry expectations during the recruitment process.
Training – Internship
Recognizing the adage that practice makes perfect, the college organizes various training programs starting from the 3rd year. These programs expose students to mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, communication skills workshops, logical reasoning, and verbal reasoning through reputable external training organizations and in-house trainers. As part of the industry-academia linkage, the college invites industry experts for various lecture sessions to provide students with insights into how the industry operates and what it expects from them.
The college offers a variety of internship opportunities, providing students with hands-on experience and introducing them to the professional environment.
