Campus interviews are arranged by the professionally run placement department of OIC, Indore. Students can choose to work for the company or job that best suits them. The program offers sufficient instruction, direction, and support on a variety of topics, including how to write resumes, develop autonomous thought, pass interviews, communicate well in group settings, and many other skills. By practicing with mock interviews, students are better equipped for interviews. Every year, the institute has a history of supplying over 90% of on-campus recruiting.
