Candidates seeking admission to the course must qualify for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) or Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test (RPET). The selection process also involves counseling conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan.

To be eligible to apply for the Entrance Test, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examinations with a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST) in subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics from a recognized board or an equivalent qualification accepted by the University.

PAHER offers M.Tech programs in various specializations across six different departments including Civil, CSE, ECE, EE, Mechanical, and Mining. Admission to these programs is based on merit. Preference is given to candidates who have qualified in GATE as per AICTE norms. Candidates applying for the course should hold a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification accepted by the University.

The university also provides MBA programs in various specializations, with admission criteria based on CAT/MAT/CMAT scores. As a basic eligibility requirement, candidates must hold a graduate degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized University. Students in their final year of undergraduate studies can also apply.

Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor’s Degree program should have completed their 10+2 examinations and cleared either the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) or the University Joint Entrance Test (UJET). Applicants with preferred merit and entrance test scores will undergo a personal interview round before admission. Fulfillment of all three criteria is necessary to secure admission. Additionally, candidates holding an LLB degree are eligible to apply for the LLM course offered by the Institute.

For the B.D.S course, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examinations with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects, along with a passing grade in English. Additionally, candidates need to qualify for NEET-UG for admission. The selection process involves counseling based on merit and preference by the State University.

For the M.D.S course, candidates must possess a recognized BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). NEET-PG qualification is mandatory for MDS admission. Similar to BDS, the selection process for MDS also entails counseling based on merit and preference by the State University.

PAHER provides M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs across its diverse departments. The Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Program is available in Management, Basics and Applied Science, Education, and Social Science and Humanities. To be eligible for admission to the M.Phil. program, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.

For admission to the Ph.D. program, candidates should have completed a postgraduate degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks. Admission to the Ph.D. program involves an Entrance Test conducted by the Institute followed by a Personal Interview.
