Admission procedure

• Register online or submit the application form offline to PGOI Bhopal/Indore.
• An automated verification link / offline intimation letter to your registered address will be sent.
• The admission team will communicate to you the date and time of course counseling subject to the submission of the online/offline application form. Counseling fees will be charged as applicable to the course.
• Students opting for scholarships based upon their rank/merit in the 12th standard / JE / State level test may appear in the National Talent Hunt Examination Test for a scholarship.
• Students opting to appear in the Scholarship Test will have to submit an online/offline application form.

B.Tech Eligibility

CSE/ME/CE/EE/EX 

Passed 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects

Admission in the first year B.Tech Courses will be made based on:

1. JEE Mains merit ranking.

2. Admission based on percentage of Marks in 10+2

M.Tech Eligibility

 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline.

Obtained at least 50% marks (45 % in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e.

SC/ST/OBC Category) in the qualifying examination.

Admission is based on the percentage of Marks in Bachelor’s Degree

Diploma (Polytechnic) Eligibility

CSE/EE/CE/ME/IT/ECE 

1. Pass in 10th Standard /SSC examination with at least 35% marks from a recognized board, with Maths

& Science Subject.

2. Sanskrit board also eligible for Diploma courses with Maths & Science subject minimum 35% marks 

MBA Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Obtained at least 50% marks (45 % in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e.

SC/ST/OBC Category ) in the qualifying examination.
