The Training and Placement Committee of Pillai College of Engineering handles the campus placement of students who have graduated from Engineering. T&PC gives complete support to visiting companies throughout every step of the process for placement. The arrangements for Pre-Placement talks and Interviews, Written Tests as well as Group discussions are planned according to the requirements of the businesses. Pre-placement training is offered by their primary topic and is followed by aptitude training. The purpose of TPC is to ease the process of placing and to ensure that every eligible student has a chance to be employed in the workplace. The college offers awareness programs for students through conferences and seminars in conjunction with corporations and institutions.
