Documents to be submitted along with the filled-in application form
  • Original XII Marksheet and Leaving Certificate along with 2 photo copies duly attested. Students have to submit their Passing Certificate within 90 days failing which their admission to the said course is likely to be cancelled.
  • Provisional Statement of Eligibility issued by the University of Mumbai for those students who have passed XII / F.Y. / S.Y. / T.Y. from other than Maharashtra State Board / Mumbai University. To obtain a provisional statement of Eligibility students should collect the application form from the college office, fill in all the details, and submit the application form along with the prescribed fee, original, and a photocopy of the mark sheet to the college office. Such students should also submit their original Migration Certificate, Leaving Certificate, and Passing Certificate along with 2 photocopies within 90 days failing which their admission to the said course is likely to be canceled.
  • No Objection Certificate and a Letter given by the previous college stating F.Y. / S.Y. enrolment confirmation letter number and date from the University of Mumbai. (Applicable for those students who have passed the F.Y. / S.Y. examination from any other college affiliated with the University of Mumbai). The students will get a provisional admission till the college receives the Transfer Certificate from the previous college.
  • Three Latest passport-size photographs.
  • Undertaking form duly signed by the parents/guardians.
  • The Fee As Per The Schedule Is To Be Paid In Cash At The Time Of Admission.
  • Admission to various courses will start after the declaration of the results of the respective qualifying examination.
  • The admission form will be available in the Central Administrative Office on payment.
  • Get the duly filled-in admission form verified along with the attached documents from the office in person.
  • Meet the Principal personally with the verified admission form and documents and take the Principal’s signature.
  • Submit the admission form duly signed by the Principal to the cashier in the college office along with the fees and obtain a receipt to confirm admission.
  • Admissions are provisional until all the necessary certificates are submitted to the college and are approved by the University.

M.COM. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A learner to be eligible for admission to the Post Graduate Programme i.e. Master of Commerce, shall have passed the examination for the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (three years / Six Semester integrated course) or the degree B.Com. (Old Course) or the other Semester Programmes i.e. Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Insurance) Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Markets) or Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) of this University, or an examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.

M.Sc ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • A learner to be eligible for admission to the Post Graduate Programme i.e. M.Sc.I.T. shall have passed B.Sc.I.T. from the University of Mumbai or any other recognized university with a minimum of 45% of marks.
  • Or
  • B.Sc. Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Electronics from the University of Mumbai or any other recognized university with a minimum of 45% of marks.
  • First Year Bachelor of Science in Data Science HSC to First Semester
  • A candidate to be eligible for admission to the three-year integrated course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science (Data Science) must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Std. XII) in Science stream conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with minimum 45% marks and Mathematics as a compulsory subject in (Std. XII).

ELIGIBILITY FOR BACHELOR OF ARTS (B.A.)

HSC to First Semester A candidate to be eligible for admission to the three-year integrated course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std. XII) examination conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with the following subjects:- English

  • Any one of the Modern Indian Languages or Modern Foreign Languages or any classical Language or Information Technology
  • Any four subjects carrying 100 marks each

ELIGIBILITY BACHELOR FOR COMMERCE (B.COM.)

HSC to First Semester A candidate to be eligible for admission to the three-year degree course leading to the Bachelor of Commerce must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std. XII) examination conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

OR

Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std. XII) examination with vocational subjects / minimum competency-based vocational course conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

ELIGIBILITY FOR BACHELOR OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES (B.M.S.)

  • HSC to First Semester A candidate for being eligible for admission to the B.M.S. Degree Course shall have passed H.S.C. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination or Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years duration after S.S.C. conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination by securing minimum 45% marks for general category (in one attempt) at the respective Examination and minimum 40% marks for the reserved category (in one attempt).
  • No college shall conduct any entrance test in any form and the admissions are purely based on merit duly following the reservation policy as per the norms of the Government of Maharashtra. While drawing the merit list, weightage has to be given to students from the Arts, Commerce, and Science Streams at the 12th standard level. 

ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY FOR BACHELOR OF MASS MEDIA (B.A.M.M.C.)

  • HSC to First Semester A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course in Bachelor of Mass Media shall have passed XIIth Std. Examination of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from the Science, Arts, or Commerce Stream.
  • No college shall conduct any entrance test in any form and the admissions are purely based on merit duly following the reservation policy as per the norms of the Government of Maharashtra. While drawing the merit list, weightage has to be given to students from the Arts, Commerce, and Science Streams at the 12th Standard level.

ELIGIBILITY FOR BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (B.SC.I.T.)

  • HSC to First Semester (a) A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science – Information Technology, shall have passed the XII standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics and Statistics as one of the subject and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of Reserved category candidates.
  • (b) Candidate who has passed a Diploma (Three years after S.S.C. – Xth Std.) in Information Technology / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical, Electronics and Video Engineering and Allied Branches/Mechanical and Allied Branches / Civil and Allied branches are eligible for direct admission to the Second Year of the B.Sc. (I.T.) degree course.
  • However, the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body. Minimum marks required 45% aggregate for open category candidates and 40% aggregate for reserved category candidates.
