The primary objective of the PIET Training & Placement Office is to enhance the employability of students and provide them with better employment opportunities. We firmly believe that "A goal without a plan is just a wish," and therefore, we are committed to providing well-planned training programs aimed at ensuring quality placements for our students. To achieve this objective, the Training & Placement Cell organizes various training sessions on aptitude skills, soft skills, motivational talks, industrial visits, professional certification courses, and technical training.

The objective of the Training & Placement Office is:

2. To equip students with the necessary skills to excel in campus interviews by providing training in aptitude tests, group discussions, and preparation for technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and alumni of Poornima.
