• Upon completion of group discussions and interviews, recruiters select candidates based on performance.

• Upon selection, recruiters extend placement offers to students and furnish them with requisite documentation and contracts.

• Ultimately, placements are finalized as recruiters and students mutually sign the necessary documents and contracts.
