PIMD, Dewas Training, and Placement Cell provide students with the resources and necessary skills to pursue their career goals. The Training and Placement cell establishes contact with various industries to find out their requirement for manpower and invites them to conduct a campus recruitment process. The students of final and pre-final years who satisfy the eligibility criteria attend the selection process comprising of aptitude test, Group Discussion, Technical interview, and HR interview. It also takes care of Industrial visits and summer training.

PIMD, Dewas training, and placement cell also coordinate the following activities :

PIMD INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PLACEMENT Cell headed by senior faculty with industrial backgrounds consists of a modern office, Interview rooms, Group Discussion rooms, and Waiting Hall, and a state–of–the–art Seminar hall for PPT (Pre Placement Talk). The placement cell also provides students with training and resources to equip them with the necessary skills to face the test and interview for their dream job.
