TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The Department of Training and Placement plays a vital role in making students industry-ready. Our primary objective is to prepare students for the Real World. In the context of quality and excellence, the T&P Department is a value addition to our Institution. The T&P cell has developed a Comprehensive Programme to enhance students "Employability Skills" that is specifically designed to meet each student's needs and potential during the whole course. From the T&P department with the help of corporate trainers, we train our students right from the first year to the final year. The Training and Placement cell is working as a team to reduce the gap between the campus and corporate. Various activities are carried out to make them more employable as per the current scenario. The activities are
- Providing adequate employment-related information.
- Arranging ON / OFF campus interviews.
- Arranging in-plant training and industrial visits.
- Organizing guest lectures by inviting industrial tycoons & educationists.
- Providing programs for personality development.
- Providing facilities to students to take up competitive examinations.
- TPC has a good track record in placing students in various reputed organizations.
